Job Description: Strategique Partners, a leading advisory firm in the behavioral healthcare sector, is seeking a seasoned M&A Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for driving growth by sourcing strategic buy and sell-side opportunities and facilitating complex M&A transactions in the behavioral healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertly conduct financial analyses and modeling, including forecasting, EBITDA adjustments, and identification of addbacks.
Develop and manage comprehensive financial documents such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
Proactively source new clients by cold calling and
Utilize deep industry knowledge to communicate effectively about the behavioral healthcare sector, including terminologies and levels of care.
Prepare and present persuasive deal materials, including pitch decks and confidential information memorandums (CIMs), to facilitate buying and selling decisions.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and senior management, ensuring a seamless progression through the deal pipeline.
Respond to investor queries with detailed, accurate information about deals, demonstrating strong product knowledge and sales acumen.
Requirements:
Strong background in both sales and finance, with proven experience in financial modeling and M&A transactions, particularly within the US behavioral healthcare market.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools, with the ability to manage multiple financial statement types.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English, with an accent indistinguishable from US natives, ensuring professional client interactions.
Ability to work on Eastern Standard Time to align with US business hours.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or M&A, with additional experience in sales, particularly in sourcing clients for high-stake transactions.
