Full Stack Frontend Web Developer with UI/UX Design Experience

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to help us build, improve, and sell our existing proxy solutions. You’ll be part of a remote, global team of 50+ individuals spanning the Philippines, Pakistan, the United States, and Canada. We’ve handled billions of requests and empowered countless businesses with robust proxy services. We believe we’re just getting started and would love to see how you can help us grow further!

Core Hours & Benefits:
Location: Philippines or Pakistan (remote)
Core Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Seattle Time
Base Pay: $1,800/month

Responsibilities:
Front-End Development: Implement responsive UI/UX using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
UI/UX Focus: Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for our proxy solutions.
Back-End Integration: Work with APIs and server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow between front-end and back-end services.
Performance & Optimization: Monitor and optimize website/proxy performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to front-end frameworks, API integrations, and proxy functionalities.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other technical teams to integrate new features, enhancements, or performance improvements.
Code Quality & Reviews: Maintain high standards for code quality, readability, and maintainability; conduct and participate in peer reviews.
Innovation & Growth: Stay up-to-date with the latest development trends, tools, and best practices to help drive product improvements.

Required Experiences:
Proven experience as a Full-Stack or Frontend Developer, showcasing strong UI/UX design capabilities.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
Experience with one or more modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
Familiarity with back-end languages or frameworks (Node.js, Python, PHP, etc.).
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
High-level verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working in a distributed team.
Self-motivated, with a track record of delivering tasks independently.
Passionate about continuous learning and improvement.


Resource Requirements:
Stable internet connection (with a potential backup connection available).
Availability during U.S. business hours.
100% commitment (no other freelance or full-time roles).
