We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Specialist who will be the voice of our brand, delivering outstanding service and driving sales over the phone. This role requires someone who is honest, detail-oriented, friendly, diligent, disciplined, hardworking, and eager to learn. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and assist with online store management.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone,
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions through expert product knowledge.
Handle order processing, send tracking information, and resolve any post-purchase concerns.
Upload and manage product listings on Shopify with accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactively learn about our products and industry trends to improve customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear and engaging phone presence.
Sales ability – comfortable guiding customers toward the best product choices.
High attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
A positive, customer-first attitude with patience and problem-solving skills.
Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys continuous improvement.
Experience in Shopify, eCommerce, or customer support is a plus but not required.
