We're on the hunt for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to support our team in researching and compiling a list of exhibitors across various industries in Los Angeles. This role is crucial in identifying potential leads for the company as well as providing executive support in organizing information, managing schedules, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Duties:
- Research and compile a list of exhibitors across various industries in Los Angeles.
- Find and verify company contact details, including emails, phone numbers, and key decision-makers.
- Utilize lead generation tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
- Organize and maintain a database of leads in Google Sheets or CRM software.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of lead information before submission.
- Work closely with the team to align research efforts with marketing and outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, executive assistance, or a similar role.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and other email-finding strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in English.
