Paid Ads & Growth Specialist (Geofencing & Retargeting)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Paid Ads & Growth Specialist with expertise in geofencing, retargeting, and paid social ads to drive app downloads and guest engagement for our digital concierge service. Your role will involve setting up hyper-localized ad campaigns targeting tourists, optimizing paid social ads, and retargeting high-intent leads from email and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:
? Set up and manage geofencing ads to target tourists and travelers in specific locations.
? Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to drive app downloads and engagement.
? Execute retargeting campaigns, leveraging display ads to re-engage leads from cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
? Track lead conversion performance, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
? Provide regular reports on ad performance and recommendations for improvement.
