About the Role
We are searching for a Client Care Specialist who can provide compassionate, proactive, and strategic support to our clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for families looking to transition into homeownership. This is NOT a sales role, but a relationship-building role requiring exceptional communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, text, and calls
- Guide potential clients through the Lease-to-Own process with clarity and patience
- Manage follow-ups and nurture leads with personalized communication
- Keep organized records of client interactions and progress
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless client experiences

Qualifications
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal skills
- Experience in real estate, customer support, or client relations (preferred)
- Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve independently
- Empathetic, patient, and a strong communicator
- Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a remote setting
