Appointment Setter - HUGE PAY - Inbound and Outbound Calls

Design Windows and Doors is a home improvement construction company located in California. You can learn more about our company at Upgrade to see actual info. We receive inbound phone leads, as well as yelp, google and web-generated leads. These leads are very time-sensitive, and if we have someone answering the phone in real time and responding online in real time, our chances of setting the appointment go up exponentially.

Our office currently has an appointment setter that has worked for us now for 15 years. He works remotely, and is amazing. His hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm PST, and Saturday from 9am - 4:30pm PST.

I want to hire another virtual appointment setter that will work Monday - Friday 12pm - 8pm PST, and Sunday from 8am - 4pm PST. This is a six day per week job, and roughly 48 hours per week.

During this time, you would take inbound calls and respond to internet leads in real time. When you aren't talking to an inbound phone call or responding to an internet lead, you will make outbound calls using our easy-to-use call queue in Salesforce. For phone calls, we use Ringcentral so your location is not a problem as long as you have reliable internet.. All of this will be to set appointments for our sales team to go out and give free estimates to our customers.

We use Salesforce, and you will enter all of our leads and appointments into Salesforce. Additionally, you will call on sales appointments that we have quoted but have not yet been sold, and use a script to speak to them and try to set an appointment with a manager to try and recapture the sale. This process is called rehash.

Our compensation plan will have a bonus for all appointments that you set that a salesperson sells. We will also have a commission for any rehash appointments you set that sell. This is in addition to your base hourly wage.

This job has the potential to be very lucrative for the right person. The right candidate will have experience in setting appointments. Telemarketing experience is also a huge plus. We use salesforce, so if you already have experience using that CRM this is great too. But we will train the right person. The most important thing is you must have impeccable English. Both written and spoken.

Compensation is $8 Per hour, plus $5 for every set appointment that sells, +$25 for every rehash appointment that sells, + 13th Month.
