Product Researcher & Ad Lister

We are a start-up e-commerce business exploring dropshipping on multiple platforms, including Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Poshmark, and eBay. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can combine product research and ad listing tasks, helping us succeed across these platforms.

Role: Product Researcher & Ad Lister

Responsibilities:

Product Research:
Research 10-20 trending and profitable products per day using platforms like ZIK Analytics, Google Trends, and supplier best-sellers.
Identify hot-selling products on Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Poshmark, eBay, and other potential platforms.
Assist in monitoring product performance and suggest adjustments to maximize sales.

Ad Listings:
Create up to 100 ad listings per day (titles, descriptions, tags) for Facebook Marketplace, and cross-post them to Mercari, Poshmark, and eBay.
Use tools like ZeeDrop, Simple Posher, and List Perfectly for listing automation.
Ensure that listings are optimized to attract customers and maintain competitiveness.
Manage pricing, inventory, and promotions for listings across platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Poshmark, and eBay.
Ability to research trending products and list them on various platforms.
Experience using ZeeDrop, Simple Posher, ZIK Analytics, List Perfectly, and other e-commerce tools.
Ability to work independently and meet daily productivity targets.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistent results.
