JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! We are an exciting fast-growing ticketing startup focused on the distribution of tickets for concerts, sporting events, and catering to both the secondary market and concierge/corporate clients. This role will focus on the marketplaces side in the UK and Europe

As we look to grow exponentially in 2025, we are seeking to hire one of our first hires to help execute and streamline the day-to-day operations.

You should be a highly energetic, extremely detail-oriented individual to support our ticketing operations and aspire to grow alongside us. Ideally you are passionate about music, concerts and sport events.

Responsibilities will include:
- Keep track of our weekly meeting agenda and manage our rythm of business
- Think-through process improvement and continously improve our operational processes
- Organize/ execute sales fultillment/ contact marketplaces and solve issues where needed
- Trouble-shoot and problem solve any issue arising
- Improve our Skybox processes
- Overview all internal operations are aligned, each department
- Mantain our internal Process Documentation.
- Overview our presales onsales are accurate.
- Help any other project upon request

Key skills for success:

Highly organized – You’ll be responsible for establishing and following processes with precision. Updating sales and purchase trackers daily is essential.
Advanced Excel/ IT skills – You'll maintain trackers on Google Sheets, create new ones, and optimize existing documents to enhance our workflow.
Resourceful – The live events industry is fast-paced. We need someone who can quickly adapt, research, and find the latest information across social media and specialized sites. You'll go above and beyond to gather the necessary details.
Ticketing familiarity – Experience with platforms like Ticketmaster, Viagogo, or Vivid Seats is required.
Trustworthy – This is a role with high growth potential, offering the opportunity to become a key member of our team, not just a short-term project. We’ll start with a 2-week trial to test how we work together.
Proactive mindset – You'll spot areas for improvement and communicate them proactively.
Your focus will be on the UK and some Southeast Asian markets.
Management - you are able to be both a leader and execute at the same time, leading by example and showing how things should be done by excelling on them.

Ticketing experience is preferred, particularly in the UK/ European market.

Full time availability for UK hours (7 - 15 GMT), as work will be both rewarding and challenging

You will work closely with the founder, a veteran of the live events industry and 3 colleagues and the potential to grow within the organisation.

We'll work together for an initial 2 weeks trial then we'll discuss a longer term commitment and your personalised growth plan as a full time teaUpgrade to see actual infomber.
