Data Transfer and Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Data Transfer and Automation Specialist to assist with transferring and automating the movement of files, photos, and videos from Dropbox to Google Drive and YouTube. Additionally, you will set up an automation tool (Zapier, IFTTT, Microsoft Power Automate, Workato, Upgrade to see actual info, Pabbly Connect, Zoho Flow, Upgrade to see actual info, Outfunnel, or n8n) to automate the process of transferring old videos and pictures from Slack to YouTube (for videos) and Google Drive (for photos and videos), ensuring they are organized correctly and consistently.

Responsibilities:
File Migration: Transfer all files, photos, and videos from Dropbox to Google Drive and YouTube.
Automation Setup: Set up automation using one or more of the following platforms: Zapier, IFTTT, Microsoft Power Automate, Workato, Upgrade to see actual info, Pabbly Connect, Zoho Flow, Upgrade to see actual info, Outfunnel, or n8n to streamline the movement of old files (photos and videos) from Slack to YouTube (videos) and Google Drive (photos and videos).
Organization: Ensure that the files are appropriately organized in Google Drive and YouTube to enable easy searching and retrieval.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all transfers and automated workflows are functioning as expected and perform thorough testing to avoid data loss.
Documentation: Document the setup of the migration process and automation for future reference or troubleshooting.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proficient experience with cloud storage services (Dropbox, Google Drive, YouTube).
Expertise in workflow automation tools such as Zapier, IFTTT, Microsoft Power Automate, Workato, Upgrade to see actual info, Pabbly Connect, Zoho Flow, Upgrade to see actual info, Outfunnel, or n8n.
Knowledge of Slack integrations and experience automating data transfers from Slack.
Strong attention to detail in organizing files across different platforms.
Ability to manage large data migrations and automate complex workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Project Details:


Task: Transfer and automate the migration of files, photos, and videos from Dropbox to Google Drive and YouTube.
Estimated Scope: This project involves migrating 5 years’ worth of files, photos, and videos from Slack and Dropbox.
Project Duration: Estimated time for completion (please provide your estimate based on the size of the project).
