Hello Future Customer Success Superstar!

We run an SEO / Google Ads agency based in Connecticut, USA, outside of New York City. We're looking for a seasoned, experienced customer success person with a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a customer facing role for a digital marketing agency. We are looking for a person to be comfortable with client facing interactions via zoom or phone call. We currently have a team of 15 and serve 150 mostly home service based clients throughout the USA.

We're looking for someone who wants to have a career here. Eligible for a raise after 90 days of employment and 2 Weeks of paid vacation. We invest a lot in training and cutting edge techniques. We are on the forefront of local SEO for home service based businesses!

Our ideal candidate:
-Exceptional English
-Can work 9am - 5pm New York time
-Google listing suspension or verification experience

Nice to have:
-Go High Level experience
-Clickup experience
-An understanding of local SEO

Wage/Salary is negotiable for the right person.
