We are a growing real estate wholesale and novation business looking for a dedicated and experienced virtual assistant to help us find motivated sellers, manage leads, and support daily operations. If you are a skilled cold caller, organized, and eager to work in real estate, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential sellers using a dialer (e.g., Mojo, CallTools, or BatchDialer).
Qualify leads by gathering property details, seller motivation, and pricing expectations.
Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and
Manage and update CRM (Podio, REI BlackBook, etc.).
Skip trace property owners and update lead lists.
Set appointments for acquisitions managers.
Assist with other administrative real estate tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Must have prior experience in real estate cold calling or lead generation (wholesale/novation experience preferred).
Strong English-speaking skills with little to no accent.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Experience using a CRM (Podio, REISift, etc.) and dialer software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in U.S. time zones.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Familiarity with real estate wholesale and novation strategies.
Experience working with investors or real estate professionals.
Basic knowledge of contracts and deal structuring.
