Role Overview:
The Data Operations Specialist will be responsible for manual data migration, research, and validation. The ideal candidate should have experience working with software and data, but no data science or coding background is required. We are looking for a highly meticulous and proactive individual who can work independently to manage and process large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual data migration, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct data research and validation to support business intelligence efforts.
Maintain and update databases with a high level of precision.
Ensure data integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely data insights.
Identify inconsistencies and resolve data-related issues proactively.

Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in data operations, research, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets manually.
Experience working with software and data platforms (but no coding skills required).
Background in finance or financial research is preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Reliable internet connection and own equipment (computer and necessary tools).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working remotely for international clients.
Familiarity with data validation and research methodologies.
Previous work experience in venture capital, finance, or investment-related firms.
