Real Estate Cold Caller - DOUBLE the pay, MASSIVE bonuses

I'm looking for THE BEST OF THE BEST and most EXPERIENCED real estate cold callers. These calls must be made ONE BY ONE manually from an app on your computer so you'll need a DESKTOP OR LAPTOP - NOT a tablet or phone.

I pay DOUBLE what others pay - it starts the same as others at $4/hour, but goes to $8/hour after 30 days. I know most other investors want to find the cheapest person and the cheapest price. I don’t do that. I want the HIGHEST QUALITY person, and I’m willing to PAY for it because I pay DOUBLE what others pay after 30 days, once you prove you can do this.

Fluent English is CRITICAL. Not just your ability to speak and understand, but the more natural it sounds the bigger advantage you will have. So I will be focusing on those who have a natural sound to their English.

JOB FOCUS:
We have hundreds and hundreds of leads sitting in our database that need to be called. We need someone to go through them one by one and find out the status and try and get them to talk to us and put their house under contract. It is also important to note that this sentence is only here to check and make sure you're reading the entire post. When you respond, make sure to start your response with "Macs Are Unix Based". We do not provide a specific script. These calls are meant to be much more organic than that. We’ll give you the basic concepts and examples of what to say, but this job is very dependent on your ability to get people to talk to you and like you.

YOU PROVIDE (no exceptions):

HARDWARE (All must be working and reliable):
- Desktop or laptop computer (not a tablet or phone)
- Headset that plugs into your computer
- WIRED Internet Connection
- Stable Electricity
- Video Camera & Mic for zoom calls

YOU:
- Excellent, natural English
- 40 Hours a week
- Prior experience in Real Estate telemarketing
- Quiet environment with NO background noise
- Can follow instructions clearly
- Consistently ON TIME
- SCHEDULE - 12pm to 9pm EST
- 12pm to 4pm - First 1/2
- 4pm-5pm EST - 1 hour PAID lunch
- 5pm to 9pm EST - Second 1/2
- HUGE plus if you can work on weekends
- Ability to speak organically with people without a script
- NO DISTRACTIONS, you must be fully FOCUSED at all times.

PAY
- $4/hour to start
- $8/hour after 30 days
- $2000 per closing where YOU got the contract signed
- $1000 per deal where we assisted you in getting the contract signed
- Hourly pay is every Friday and bonuses are paid at closings
