Client Fulfillment Assistant [REMOTE]

We are a small startup marketing agency with 15 active clients, on track to double in size to 30+ by Q3 of 2025 and in order to do so, are looking to recruit a KILLER virtual assistant to dial in our client fulfillment & onboarding.

DISCLAIMER: We DO NOT want to work with an agency, a freelancer with dozens of clients, or anyone who isnt willing to go ALL IN on working with our team here at Scape Launch

Key Responsibilities:
• Facebook Ads Management: Assist in launching and managing client ad campaigns.
• Client Onboarding: Set up and integrate new clients with all of our backend systems.
• Ad Creation: Use provided tools to create engaging, yet simple ads that drive results.
• Data Reporting: Monitor campaign results and identify underperforming clients.

Minimum Requirements:
• Hunger to Learn: No prior experience required—just a strong willingness to be trained and improve.
• Tech-Savviness: Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
• Excellent Communication: Clear written and verbal English skills to collaborate with our team.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot when issues arise.
