Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support & Data Entry Specialist to assist in managing sales data, supporting prospecting efforts, and creating compelling sales materials. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth sales operations by maintaining accurate records, assisting with lead generation, and contributing to market research. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in sales support tools.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input and maintain sales data in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and follow-ups.
Create visually engaging sales presentations and pitch materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
Conduct market research to gather insights on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and streamline processes.
Requirements:
Experience in sales support, data entry, or SDR-related tasks.
Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint for creating visually appealing presentations.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with SaaS sales and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
