Role Overview:
The Video Editor will play a key role in shaping and executing video content strategies for our clients and projects. You will oversee video production, edit footage, and contribute to visual storytelling initiatives. This is a creative and hands-on position that combines technical expertise, creative direction, and narrative development.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production:

Plan, edit, and finalize video content across multiple platforms and formats.
Ensure consistency in visual style, pacing, and branding across all video projects.

Editing & Post-Production:

Create high-quality video edits, motion graphics, and visual effects tailored to project requirements.
Edit content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or other industry-standard editing platforms.

Visual Storytelling:

Develop and maintain visual identities for new and existing projects.
Ensure alignment between brand guidelines and video content strategies.

Audio Production (Preferred):

Mix and master audio components including dialogue, music, and sound effects.
Source and implement appropriate music and sound design that aligns with client branding and campaign goals.

Quality Control & Analytics:

Review final cuts for technical quality and storytelling effectiveness.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize future video content and strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
Strong editing skills with the ability to create engaging visual narratives independently.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software and post-production workflows.
Familiarity with audio mixing and color grading techniques (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent creative judgment and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to think visually and execute effectively.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
