We are looking for a motivated and expert Appointment Setter to join our team! You will be responsible for making calls per day to key decision-makers in leadership roles. Your goal will be to set appointments while also generating valuable leads for our IT software development outsourcing business. This role requires a proactive mindset and a passion for building relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
* Calling leads daily, which are mostly leaders in the IT Industry. (IT Directors, IT Managers, Engineers, etc.).
* Set high-quality appointments (potential clients to the Technical Advisor Firm).
* Calendar Management and
* Manage and maintain accuracy of data within HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn.
* Manage
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up and converted.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in cold calling/appointment setting. Ability to generate appointments.
* Experience in the IT industry and knowledgeable in selling IT software development, services or solutions.
* Experience with HubSpot CRM is a must.
* Familiar with
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
