Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on managing our social media profiles, creating engaging content, and interacting with our audience to strengthen our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Design graphics and edit videos that align with our brand identity.
Scheduling & Posting:

Schedule and post content consistently across platforms.
Ensure all content is relevant to current trends and company promotions.
Engagement & Community Building:

Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Engage with followers and collaborate with other brands to grow our online community.
Analytics & Reporting:

Track social media performance, including audience growth, engagement, and traffic.
Provide monthly reports with insights and strategies for improvement.
Requirements:

Reliable access to a computer/phone.

Email
and Telegram for daily communication.
Zoom for meetings and training.
A stable, fast internet connection.
Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in English, with strong typing and communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
Strong emotional intelligence to communicate effectively through text.
Sales experience (preferred).
Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
An iPhone 8 or newer for work-related tasks.
Working Hours:

Availability to work 8+ hours per day.
Onboarding Process:
We offer a paid 30-day probation period with full training to prepare you for the role.
