JOB OVERVIEW

The E-Commerce Director is responsible for managing and aligning the efforts of the Operations Manager, Growth Profit Hacker, and Creative Manager to ensure seamless execution of the company’s e-commerce strategy. This individual acts as the bridge between the CEO and the team, focusing on KPI tracking, problem-solving, and strategic growth across multiple platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, & others.


(RESPONSIBILITIES)

I. Team Leadership:
* Supervise and coordinate the Operations Manager, Growth Profit Hacker, and Creative Manager.
* Ensure team alignment with company goals and KPIs.
* Performance Monitoring:
* Develop and oversee dashboards to track KPIs across platforms.
* Identify and address bottlenecks or underperformance issues.

II. Platform Oversight:
* Manage sales and growth strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other platforms.
* Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform-specific policies to optimize performance.

III. Problem Solving & Decision-Making:
* Act as the primary problem solver, addressing daily operational challenges.
* Provide solutions and ensure implementation with minimal disruption.

IV. Reporting:
* Regularly update the CEO on team performance, major issues, and progress on strategic goals.
* Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

V. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
* Oversee project timelines and hold teaUpgrade to see actual infombers accountable for deadlines.


(QUALIFICATIONS)

I. E-Commerce Expertise:
* Proven experience as Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or Product Manager within e-commerce.
* Experience managing teams and sales across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.

II. Team Management:
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and delegate tasks effectively.
* Experience in project management, ensuring task follow-ups and accountability.

III. Data-Driven Approach:
* Strong understanding of KPIs and metrics for e-commerce success.
* Ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

IV. Problem-Solving Skills:
* Exceptional ability to address and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
* Experience implementing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

V. Technical Proficiency:
* Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, project management software, analytics dashboards, and e-commerce platforms.
