Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and potentially paid ad campaigns and email.

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to attract potential customers and generate leads.

Utilize social media platforms for outreach, lead generation, and client engagement.

Create and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media channels.

Monitor and optimize SEO efforts to improve organic search results.

Analyze campaign performance and report on results, offering insights for optimization.

Collaborate with the design team to produce creative assets for campaigns.

Manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.

Conduct direct outreach to potential clients via digital channels.

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with business goals.

Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Competencies and Qualifications


Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms.

Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.

Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize digital campaigns.

Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to campaign development.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Must-Have

2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with outreach and lead generation on platforms like LinkedIn, with proven positive outcomes (meaning onboarded customers)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English



Nice-to-Have

Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
