Job Title: YouTube Channel Manager
Salary: $700 - $1,200 USD/month, depending on skills and experience
Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time)
Vacation: 10 paid vacation days per year + 10 local holiday days
Location: 100% remote

We’re hiring a highly organized YouTube Channel Manager to manage several components of growing our YouTube channel in the personal finance niche. You’ll be responsible for managing our content schedule, reviewing video drafts, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

The person we hire will meet these criteria:
- C2 English (no exceptions)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Previous YouTube channel management experience (ideal, but not required)
- Knowledge of personal finance/accounting/business (ideal, but not required)

These are some of the tasks you'll spend your time on:
- Review and provide feedback on video drafts (daily)
- Update our content calendar to ensure all tasks are on track (daily)
- Choose and assign video topics based on trends, analytics, and viewer engagement (weekly)
- Choose and assign thumbnail concepts to maximize viewer engagement (weekly)
- Upload videos to the channel (weekly)

Traits we’re looking for:
- Detail-Oriented: You’ll be responsible for keeping track of multiple moving pieces, so it’s essential that you pay close attention to every detail.
- Proactive: We want someone who can anticipate needs and stay ahead of schedule, keeping everything running smoothly without constant supervision.
- Reliable: You’ll need to deliver on deadlines and ensure the channel continues running smoothly day in and day out.
- Experienced: Previous experience managing a YouTube channel isn’t required here, but if you do have YouTube or project management experience, that’s a major plus.

- Evenings & Weekends Off: We expect your best performance during the hours you’re working, so we want you to fully disconnect and recharge when you’re not. This is not a 24/7 role.
- Training & Growth: We’ll push you and give you plenty of feedback to help you grow and further develop your skills.
