Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven Sales Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients, engaging them through targeted outreach, and contributing to business growth. Your primary focus will be generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting opportunities into sales through impactful meetings. Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.
* Conduct sales meetings in English, delivering compelling presentations and addressing client needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships to guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
* Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and optimize sales performance.
* Track and document sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
* Stay proactive in achieving sales targets and contributing to overall company success.

Qualifications:
* Native-level English proficiency - MUST.
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition - MUST.
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach for sales engagement.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
* Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
* Previous experience in B2B sales.

Preferred Skills:
* Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
* Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Understanding of client pain points and positioning solutions effectively.
