About Logic Stream:

Logic Stream is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in ICT, network security, and telecommunications. We work closely with Telstra and Fortinet to deliver world-class solutions to businesses. As we expand, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to nurture existing customer relationships, drive renewals, and grow accounts through wallet share and cross-selling.

Responsibilities:

? Account Management & Growth

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Logic Stream’s services
Proactively renew contracts and ensure customer satisfaction
Provide regular check-ins with customers to anticipate their needs
? Sales & Customer Engagement

Follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads
Ensure timely follow-up on meetings, emails, and renewal discussions
Identify decision-makers and key influencers within client accounts
Schedule and confirm meetings with potential and existing clients
? Administrative & CRM Management

Keep the CRM system up-to-date with client interactions, contract renewals, and sales progress
Maintain accurate records of account activities and customer feedback
Provide weekly reports on customer engagement and pipeline progress
? Customer Service & Support

Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Sales experience – At least 2-3 years in account management, sales, or customer service
? Strong follow-up skills – Persistent and proactive in client communication
? Attention to detail – Can manage multiple tasks without missing key information
? Emotional intelligence (EQ) – Ability to understand and navigate client emotions
? Situational awareness – Can read the room and adjust approach accordingly
? CRM proficiency – Experience with Zoho CRM, Autotask, or similar platforms
? Excellent communication skills – Both written and verbal in English

2. Salary & Commission Structure (AUD & PHP)

Base Salary:

AUD 1,500 - 2,000 per month depending on experience
PHP 55,000 - 75,000 per month depending on experience
Commission Structure:

Renewals: 2% of the renewal contract value
Upsells/Cross-sells: 5% commission on additional services sold
Target Bonus: If the account manager grows wallet share by $10,000 AUD per quarter, they receive a $500 AUD bonus
