Spicy Telemarketer rockstar for Hot Leads calling contacting clients as soon as leads come in and setting up the appointment for a FREE ESTIMATE our project managers in a construction company (Fluent English, Canva & Marketing Expertise a Plus)

Are you an energetic, driven, and passionate individual who loves sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Spicy Telemarketer who can engage and convert hot leads to meetings with their persuasive skills, while also showcasing creativity in Canva design and marketing strategies as a plus .

Position: Telemarketer (Hot Leads)
Location: Remote (Working California Time Zone)
Start Date: Immediate

First month - Base Salary: $300/month + commission per meetings set
Second month $400 +commission per meetings set
Third month and beyond $500 + commission per meetings set
Commission: High earning potential based on performance!
$20 per appointment scheduled
$80 commission per meeting converted to a sale by our project manager ( Not you )

California Time Zone
8 AM to 4 PM PST

Key Responsibilities:

Call hot leads faster then the competition transforming leads into a meeting for our project manager with a friendly, persuasive approach.
Manage inbound and outbound calls to build relationships with potential clients.
Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Communicate effectively through email, phone, and messaging.
Create marketing visuals using Canva for promotional materials.
Assist with marketing strategies and campaigns when necessary.
Requirements:

Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) – Must be able to engage clients confidently.
Strong communication skills with a warm and persuasive tone.
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales (a plus).
Canva Design expertise (bonus if you have experience creating marketing materials).
Ability to work in the California Time Zone (PST).
Comfortable with Sunday work twice a month.
