Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to source and attract top talent to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable navigating diverse recruitment channels, and fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:

1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
2. Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
4. Manage the recruitment process, from posting openings to coordinating offers.
5. Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
6. Stay current on recruitment trends to optimize sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
2. Strong ability to source candidates across multiple platforms with confidence.
3. Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication.
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
