JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our PPC campaigns for a specific project to increase sales conversions. This is a gig-type role with a defined scope and timeline. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and data-driven and has a proven track record of running successful Google Ads campaigns that maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Campaign Management:
• Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and increase sales conversions within the project timeline.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid strategy adjustments to improve performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Implement A/B testing to enhance ad performance and conversion rates.
• Ensure landing pages are optimized for maximum lead generation and sales.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Track key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and ROAS) to measure campaign success using a spreadsheet or program to track metrics like cost per lead, cost per click, cost per acquisition, etc.
• Provide detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Adjust strategies based on data analysis to maximize results within the project timeframe.
Budget & Timeline Management:
• Manage ad spend efficiently to ensure the best return on investment within the allocated budget.
• Meet project deadlines and deliverables as per agreed-upon milestones.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for campaign improvements.
• Stay updated on Google Ads best practices and trends to ensure campaign success.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or PPC Manager on short-term projects.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with conversion tracking, audience targeting, and remarketing.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within a limited time frame.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
• Expected Outcomes: Increased conversions, optimized ad performance, and measurable ROI.
