???? Position Overview
As a Sales Closer, your primary role will be to connect with real estate brokers, team leads, and top-producing agents, present Realty Credit Rx’s unique value, and close deals. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential, ideal for sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals in real estate, mortgage, credit repair, or related industries.

???? Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and virtual meetings with real estate professionals.
Present Realty Credit Rx’s unlimited credit repair program, highlighting the value it brings to brokers and their clients.
Build strong relationships with brokers, understanding their pain points and demonstrating how our service solves them.
Negotiate and close sales agreements with brokerages, teams, and individual agents.
Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies.
Track leads, follow-ups, and closed deals in our CRM.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
? Ideal Candidate
2+ years of sales closing experience, preferably in real estate, mortgage, credit repair, or financial services.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Confident, professional, and persuasive on phone and video calls.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit goals without micromanagement.
Familiarity with real estate brokerages, agent teams, and the home-buying process is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
Experience using CRMs (Go High Level or similar is a plus).

100% Commission-Based with uncapped earning potential.
Average closers earn $5,000 - $10,000+ per month, with top closers exceeding that.
Incentives and bonuses for top performers.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position.
