Urgently looking for a Recruiter!

We are urgently looking for a Virtual Assistant with great English, an outgoing personality, and a friendly vibe to join our US-based recruitment company. The ideal candidate should be a fast learner, have experience working as a Virtual Assistant, and have a barely noticeable English accent. This job is not for shy people or for someone who doesn’t feel comfortable talking to people or being on camera. Most of your responsibilities would be related to sourcing great VA talent. No prior experience in recruitment is required (we will train). You have to be comfortable talking to candidates and interviewing them on Zoom calls that are video recorded.

Responsibilities:

-Create job posts based on clients’ specs.
-Hunt top virtual assistant talent on various job boards.
-Pre-qualify candidates for interviews.
-Interview candidates on a Zoom call (video recorded and on camera)
-Provide a summary for each candidate
-Recommend top candidates

Qualifications:

-Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
-An approachable and engaging personality, making interactions pleasant and productive.
-Quick learning skills and adaptability to stay ahead in a dynamic environment.
-Familiarity with job boards

If you’re looking for supplemental income for your job, this is an amazing opportunity! This is a gig type work, so you will be working on an as-needed basis as a contractor with the potential to get hired full time. Rate is $5-an-hour.
