We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant, Senior Lawyer, or Financial Analyst with expertise in Insolvency & Bankruptcy to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with Australian-based clients, managing complex financial investigations and insolvency cases.

Qualifications & skills required:
A business/accounting related degree or equivalent
CPA qualification
Forensic accounting or financial analysis. Preferred but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS Office
Strong attention to detail
Experience in financial statement analysis, tax returns, and other financial records.
Conducting financial investigations and writing reports
Experience and aptitude in forensic accounting.
Willingness to learn the Insolvency Law of Australia.
Organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Sincere person willing to take responsibility, learn, and work hard on entrusted projects/assignments independently.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Bankruptcy reporting and management.
Preparing statutory reports to creditors.
Conducting statutory investigations, including identifying voidable transactions under the Insolvency Law of Australia.
Realising assets vested in Trustee in Bankruptcy.
Corresponding with debtors and third parties.
Reviewing and assessing claims from creditors.
Reporting to the Manager and other staff members.
Handling any other tasks related to the administration of Bankruptcy.
