JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

The Recruiter & Trainer will be responsible for identifying top talent, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and providing training on our processes, sales techniques, and customer interactions. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and experienced in both recruitment and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Post job listings, screen applications, and conduct interviews.
• Onboard new hires and provide training on company processes.
• Develop training materials and sessions for sales, customer service, and negotiation tactics.
• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing coaching.
• Assist in team retention efforts by fostering a positive work environment.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure hiring and training align with business goals.

Qualifications:
• Experience in recruitment and training, preferably in sales, customer service, or e-commerce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and assess top talent.
• Experience developing training programs and materials.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus but not required.
