My name is Joel, and I run a high-growth e-commerce brand. We’re looking for a top-tier graphic designer who can create highly engaging static ads that STOP THE SCROLL and drive profitable ROAS on Meta & TikTok.
This is NOT just another design gig. We need someone who understands direct-response marketing, conversion-focused design, and the psychology behind high-performing creatives.
Important: Our brand is all about "Making Date Night Fun Again," so if working with sexually suggestive, playful, or romantic content makes you uncomfortable, this role isn’t for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating high-converting static ads (single images, carousels,
- Understanding and executing our brand voice – playful, witty, edgy, and scroll-stopping
- Iterating based on ad performance – we test EVERYTHING, and you should be excited about optimizing based on what wins
- Repurposing existing assets into multiple ad variations (different hooks, CTA placements, color schemes, etc.)
- Working with our creative strategist & media buyer to make data-backed design decisions
What We’re Looking For
-You MUST understand direct-response marketing. We don’t just want "pretty" designs—we need creatives that convert. (Sometimes ugly does better!!)
- A strong portfolio of high-performing e-commerce static ads. If you’ve worked with DTC brands that scaled, show us.
- Ability to repurpose and iterate quickly. We test a LOT, and we need someone who can pump out variations that perform.
- A deep understanding of attention psychology. Your job is to stop people mid-scroll, make them read, and make them click.
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Pay Per Creative – Paid per deliverable
- Performance Bonuses – If your ad scales to $10K+ in spend at a profitable ROAS, you get a profit-share percentage.
- Long-Term Work – If you consistently deliver winning creatives, we want you as a long-term partner with regular work.
