Real Property Data Inc. is looking for a Real Estate Data Specialist who is a team player, proactive, independent, and outspoken.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to real estate professionals to gather valuable information about real estate projects through calls and messaging on various platforms.
Maintain a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
Establish data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality.
Address data inconsistencies by working with administrative staff to locate missing information.
Respond to data queries and report any major errors to management.
Adhere to best data management practices while ensuring a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
Inform relevant parties of any errors encountered.
Research and obtain additional information for incomplete documents.
Keep information confidential.
Respond to queries and access relevant files as needed.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Complete additional assigned tasks as required.

Job Details:

Starting Rate: CAD $150 weekly (paid weekly)
Compensation Growth: Opportunity for up to a 66% pay increase within 1 year
Work Setup: Hybrid, Full-time (35 hours per week)
Location: Must reside in Davao City
Probationary Period: 3 months (includes a 3-month incentive program)
Preferred Background (Not Required): Graduates or individuals with prior experience in Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture, Pre-Law, or Business
Skills & Requirements:
Basic understanding and ability to communicate in English
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
Team player, proactive, independent, and outspoken
Reliable internet connection
Laptop specifications: i3 or i5 processor, 1TB HDD, 256GB SSD, 8GB RAM
