???? Frontend Manager for E-commerce Funnels & Creatives – Full-time (Philippines) ????

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for a highly motivated and experienced Frontend Manager to lead our team of funnel builders, video editors, and creative designers.

???? Responsibilities:
• Manage & optimize the team ? Lead funnel builders, video editors, and designers, ensuring all work is delivered at the highest level.
• Track & manage product launches ? Maintain our Product Launch Sheet in Google Sheets, where we test 3-5 products per day and track all creatives and funnels.
• Google Sheets & Google Forms expert ? Organize and manage product tests, funnels, ad creatives, and bonus tracking in Sheets and Forms.
• Time tracking & payroll management ? Oversee teaUpgrade to see actual infombers’ working hours via Google Forms and ensure accurate data in Google Sheets for payroll & bonuses.
• Bonus system management ? Track employee performance and ensure top-performing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers receive bonuses based on their contributions.
• Improve marketing & funnels ? Analyze what works, optimize funnels, and come up with new marketing angles.
• Recruit new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers ? Independently hire and onboard funnel specialists, editors, and designers.
• Understand Facebook Ads & e-commerce ? Identify high-converting creatives and optimize funnels for maximum performance.
• Grow in the German market ? Understand how marketing works in Germany and help scale our business in that region.

???? Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketing funnels & team management.
• Highly skilled in Google Sheets & Google Forms ? You can create structured systems and track key data accurately.
• Experience with Facebook Ads creatives, CRO, and conversion optimization.
• Data-driven mindset ? Understand what works, why, and how to improve results.
• Hands-on mentality ? You are a problem solver, not a complainer, and you are available 24/7 for urgent matters.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing remote teams.
• Highly motivated & driven ? We need someone who loves managing, marketing, and scaling a business.
• Experience in the German market is a big big plus! ????????
