Spanish Social Media Content Creator

A growing real estate agency located in Puerto Rico is looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) Social Media Content Creator to expand our reach and engage with Spanish-speaking clients across multiple platforms.

? Fluent in Spanish & English (both written and spoken).
? 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (real estate industry a plus).
? Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
? Experience with video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.).
? Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and real estate marketing.
? Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!):

? Experience in real estate marketing or working with realtors.
? Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and paid social media campaigns.
? Understanding of MLS platforms, Zillow, Redfin, and real estate market trends.
