6) Working flexible hours—as long as you hit KPIs, we don’t care how long you work.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English speakers with strong communication skills.
- Proven appointment setters or hungry callers with cold calling experience
- Self-starters who don’t wait for instructions.
- Coachable and willing to improve—we’ll invest in you, but you need to show up.
- Consistency is key—you must be able to hit daily outreach KPIs
- Ambitious & Results-Driven—someone who’s hungry for success and knows how to close.
