JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist & Digital Marketing Expert to take full ownership of setting up, managing, and marketing our ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both ad setup and optimization, as well as experience in building high-converting websites and sales funnels. This role is designed for a hands-on marketer who thrives in creating and executing data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Meta Ads Campaign Setup & Marketing: Set up, execute, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, ensuring correct targeting, budget allocation, and creative optimization to drive high ROI and conversion rates.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve performance and drive the best results possible through iterative improvements.
Website & Funnel Building: Design and develop user-friendly, high-converting websites and sales funnels using tools like Go HighLevel (GHL), ensuring seamless navigation and an excellent user experience that drives leads and sales.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement changes based on data insights to improve performance and achieve key business objectives.
Leverage HubSpot for Marketing: Utilize HubSpot for CRM management, automated workflows, email marketing, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns align with business goals and customer journey.
Required Skills & Experience:

Meta Ads Expertise: Proven experience setting up, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget management.
Funnel & Website Design: Strong background in building websites and sales funnels (preferably using Go HighLevel), with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
Analytics & Data-Driven Strategy: Comfort with using data to measure success, identify opportunities, and adjust campaigns to maximize results.
HubSpot Knowledge: Proficiency in HubSpot tools for managing customer relationships, automating marketing tasks, and tracking campaign performance.
Marketing Strategy Execution: A well-rounded digital marketing skill set with an understanding of integrated campaigns across ads, email marketing, landing pages, and social media.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or service-based businesses.
Meta Ads certification or advanced knowledge in ad analytics.
HubSpot certifications, especially in inbound marketing and automation.
