We are a growing Australian company looking for a highly skilled Level 3 IT Technician to support our business operations. If you're a SharePoint wizard and a Microsoft 365 expert, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do
?? Manage, configure, and troubleshoot SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments
?? Administer Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD
?? Provide Level 3 support for escalated IT issues (networking, security, integrations)
?? Automate workflows using Power Automate and improve SharePoint functionalities
?? Optimize Microsoft 365 security and compliance settings
?? Support and train end-users to maximize productivity

What We’re Looking For
? 5+ years experience in IT support, with at least 3 years in SharePoint & Microsoft 365 administration
? Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange, and Power Automate
? Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Windows Server
? Strong troubleshooting skills for networking, cloud, and security
? Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
? Ability to work independently and solve complex IT problems
