We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Sales & Marketing Support teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to help grow our online presence, engage with potential clients, and support our sales and marketing efforts.

Role Overview:

As an Online Sales & Marketing Support specialist, you will be responsible for expanding our social media reach, engaging with potential clients, and managing email campaigns. Your primary tasks will include adding and interacting with new friends and followers, starting conversations using pre-approved scripts, and repurposing top-performing content to maximize engagement. This role requires someone who is organized, sales-focused, and comfortable with direct online interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Growth & Engagement:

Add daily new friends and followers on Facebook & Instagram within our business niche.
Engage with comments, respond to messages, and share relevant links to increase brand visibility.
Start meaningful chat conversations with new friends and followers using pre-approved scripts to warm up potential leads.


Email
& Content Management:

Send and schedule email campaigns via Mailchimp to nurture leads and drive engagement.

Collect and analyse high-performing social media content, repurposing it for future posts to maintain consistency and increase reach.
Support in content planning by identifying trends and engagement patterns.
Utilising suitable automation such as manychat

Ideal Candidate:

Sales & Marketing Savvy – Experience in social media engagement, lead generation, or online sales.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, and scheduling tools.
Proactive & Target-Driven – Able to meet daily goals for outreach and engagement.
Strong Communication Skills – Professional and friendly in online interactions.
Organised & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Written language - perfect written english skills
