Now Hiring: Revenue & Operations Coordinator

Linton Hospitality is looking for a Revenue & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! If you have 3+ years of experience in hospitality operations or revenue management, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Summary
The Revenue & Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in optimizing revenue and supporting administrative functions across our hospitality properties. Responsibilities include pricing strategies, booking channel management, compliance tracking, vendor coordination, and general operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Pricing Support
Assist in implementing pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Monitor room rates, analyze booking trends, and provide rate adjustment recommendations.
Manage OTA listings (Expedia, Upgrade to see actual info, Airbnb) to ensure accurate pricing and availability.
Track and report key performance metrics (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates).
Support direct booking strategies and promotional initiatives.
2. Vendor & Supplier Coordination
Maintain up-to-date vendor and supplier records.
Assist with contract renewals, service agreements, and cost tracking.
Coordinate vendor communications and troubleshoot service issues.
Manage procurement needs for hotel and glamping operations.
3. Compliance & Licensing Administration
Track and organize required licenses and permits for each hospitality property.
Assist with renewals and ensure compliance deadlines are met.
Maintain records for health, safety, and occupancy regulations.
Support inspections, audits, and regulatory filings as needed.
4. Operational & Administrative Support
Maintain organized records for compliance, contracts, and tax filings.
Support the development and tracking of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Manage asset inventory and conduct periodic audits.
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient property operations.
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 3+ years in hospitality revenue management or operations.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of revenue management principles.
Familiarity with property management systems and OTA platforms.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data reporting tools.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Revenue & Pricing Knowledge Assessment
