However, our operations department is currently understaffed with a team of 2, with a lack of leadership, organization & prioritization, and many competing priorities.
As our eCommerce Operations Manager, your mission is to lead, systematize, and optimize our entire eCommerce operations department—ensuring alignment, efficiency, and profitability.
**TOP Responsibilities**
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
• Onboard, train, and lead a high-performing operations team, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
• Establish clear KPIs and accountability structures for both team and individual performance.
• Implement structured performance management, including coaching, evaluations, and growth plans for tea
CUSTOMER JOURNEY & ESCALATIONS MANAGEMENT
• Design and map out the ideal customer journey across all customer touchpoints.
• Oversee customer support operations (onboard & optimize Gorgias helpdesk, phone/email/chat systems) to ensure a seamless experience.
• Manage customer/vendor/marketplace escalations, handling complex cases that require strategic problem-solving.
MARKETPLACE PERFORMANCE & LISTING MANAGEMENT
• Monitor and maintain Amazon/eBay marketplace health metrics, ensuring we never drop below performance standards.
• Oversee listing management for Shopify, Amazon, and eBay, ensuring accurate product information and optimized conversion rates.
INVENTORY & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
• Develop and oversee inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels, demand forecasting, and supply chain efficiency.
• Work with fulfillment centers, suppliers and vendors across the world to streamline logistics and minimize delays.
PROCESS OPTIMIZATION & AUTOMATION
• Systematically identify, document, and optimize all key eCommerce processes.
• Implement automation tools and process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with the Process Improvement Manager to introduce scalable workflows.

This is a full-time, fully remote position with 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) working hours, working US EST business hours.
The compensation is Php 100,000 - Php 150,000 per month, depending on experience.

This role is NOT for you if:
• You don’t have at least 5 years of experience in operations management.
• You are not comfortable working during US Eastern Time Zone business hours (9-6).
• You have other jobs, businesses, or side projects you intend to keep.
• You have not held a job for at least 2 consecutive years in the last 5 years (verified by references).
• You’re not comfortable with time tracking and performance monitoring.
