PedsMD Pediatric Urgent Care is local in-person urgent care clinic for children and young adults, ages 0-26. We specialize in evidence-based and personalized urgent care with a focus on pediatrics.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive patient acquisition, and enhance our online presence. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing which includes management of our website, www.pedsmd.health.  

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with PedsMD's mission and business goals.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Contribute to defining the company's target audience.
Digital Marketing Execution:

Website Management:
Manage and optimize the PedsMD website (content updates, SEO, user experience).
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
SEM/PPC (Search Engine Marketing / Pay-Per-Click): Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement engaging social media strategies for TikTok and Instagram. Create and curate content (including video editing), manage the social media calendar, and interact with followers.
Content Marketing: Create compelling and informative content, including blog posts, social media updates, and potentially other marketing materials.
Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (primarily Google Analytics) to track website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns. (Adjust the years of experience as needed.)  
Demonstrable experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus, but not required.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in Facebook/Google Analytics: Deep understanding of Google Analytics for tracking website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager: Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on both platforms
Strong SEO Knowledge: Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices, keyword research, and link building.
Social Media Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, including content creation, community management, and advertising.
Content Creation & Editing: Ability to create engaging written and visual content (including video editing for short-form video platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels). Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar is highly desirable.
Website Management: Basic understanding of website content management systems (CMS)
Familiarity with Email Marketing: (Optional, but add if you plan to do email marketing in the future) Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus.

Portfolio Requirement:

Please provide a portfolio of previous marketing campaigns you have managed, including examples of your work in social media, paid advertising, content creation, and SEO. This portfolio should demonstrate your ability to achieve measurable results.
