Senior Marketing Manager (Full-Stack Growth & PR) – Remote, Full-Time
Location: Remote
Reports to: CEO
Type: Full-Time, High-Ownership IC Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid, organic, and PR-driven marketing efforts from the ground up. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will take full ownership of performance marketing, brand collaborations, influencer/YouTuber partnerships, PR, and product launches to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and long-term brand growth.

If you are a full-stack growth marketer with experience in paid media, email marketing, PR, influencer collaborations, and product launches, this is for you. You will be building and executing marketing infrastructure from scratch, working directly with the CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

A creative background (content, design, video production, or storytelling) is a strong plus—you should be able to strategize and guide compelling marketing campaigns that go beyond performance marketing.

What You’ll Own
Performance Marketing & Paid Media

Own and scale ad spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon DSP, and other paid platforms, ensuring profitable CAC and ROAS
Continuously test new audiences, creatives, and campaign structures to optimize for maximum efficiency
Develop and execute retargeting, lookalike, and high-intent audience strategies to drive new and repeat customers
Manage daily ad budgets, monitor performance trends, and make real-time adjustments based on data insights

PR, Partnerships & Influencer Marketing

Develop and execute PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and get featured in relevant media outlets
Identify and build relationships with YouTubers, influencers, and content creators, creating collaborations and partnerships that drive brand credibility and conversions
Manage UGC, brand ambassador programs, and influencer outreach, ensuring authentic and high-impact partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry leaders, securing earned media coverage and brand mentions

Product Launches & Brand Growth

Develop go-to-market launch strategies for new product releases, working cross-functionally with eCommerce, design, and supply chain teams
Support D2C and marketplace product launches by developing targeted advertising, influencer, and PR strategies
Ensure a seamless pre-launch, launch, and post-launch content plan to maximize exposure and revenue


Email
List Building & Retention Marketing

Build our email marketing infrastructure from scratch (Klaviyo), including list segmentation, automations, and campaign management
Develop automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase upsells, win-backs) and optimize for conversion and retention
Launch and scale SMS marketing, loyalty programs, and customer segmentation strategies to maximize LTV and repeat purchases
Manage and grow our vendor, influencer, and customer email lists, ensuring we have a strong foundation for direct outreach and community engagement

Community Engagement & Organic Growth

Establish and engage in online communities (Reddit, Facebook groups, forums, Upgrade to see actual info, etc.) to drive organic awareness and brand credibility
Oversee organic content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms, ensuring a mix of entertainment, education, and brand-building content

Content Production & Marketing Assets

Act as a producer for key marketing materials, including publishing eBooks, guides, and digital resources that position the brand as an authority in the space
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to develop high-performing ad creatives, email content, and landing pages
Continuously test and refine content strategy, ensuring messaging and visuals drive conversions and engagement

Creative & Data-Driven Growth

Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution tools to track KPIs, measure success, and optimize campaigns
Stay on top of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging marketing tactics to keep the brand ahead of competitors
Analyze marketing performance across paid, organic, and retention channels, optimizing for long-term growth and profitability


Who You Are
5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, managing $XM+ in ad spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok
Proven track record of scaling D2C brands profitably, balancing customer acquisition and retention strategies
Strong analytical mindset – able to track and optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
Experience in PR, influencer partnerships, and YouTube collaborations – strong network and outreach skills
Deep expertise in email marketing (Klaviyo), list-building, and lifecycle automation
Hands-on experience in organic content strategy, UGC, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling
Creative background (design, video, content, or storytelling) is a strong plus
Highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator – able to manage multiple projects efficiently
