JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Level Designer to join our team in crafting immersive RPG and tactical game environments. This role requires a keen eye for level composition, object placement, gameplay flow, and environment optimization to create compelling player experiences.

Responsibilities:
-Level Design & Object Placement – Create visually engaging and gameplay-balanced environments by strategically placing game objects, terrain, and interactive elements.
-Art & Gameplay Integration – Work closely with artists and designers to ensure levels align with the game’s artistic vision and mechanics.
-Playtesting & Refinement – Test levels, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance gameplay and player immersion.
-Collaboration – Work with developers, artists, and designers to create seamless and engaging game worlds.

Requirements:
-Experience in Level Design – Strong understanding of level composition, lighting, and environmental storytelling.
-Unity Proficiency – Hands-on experience with Unity’s level design tools, terrain sculpting, and asset placement.
-Technical & Artistic Skills – Knowledge of modular design, environmental aesthetics, and optimization techniques.
-Gameplay Awareness – Ability to design levels that support strategic and tactical gameplay.
-Problem-Solving & Communication – Ability to work in a team, adapt to feedback, and iterate efficiently.

Bonus Skills:
-Experience with procedural level generation.
-Familiarity with multiplayer level design principles.
-Knowledge of basic C# scripting for interactive elements.
-Optimization & Performance – Ensure levels run smoothly across various platforms by implementing best optimization practices.
