We are seeking an Operations/Automation Expert with expertise in Upgrade to see actual info and Close CRM to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating processes, integrating systems, and optimizing performance across various platforms.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with automation tools like Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, or similar software
- Strong development coding and API integration skills
- Deep understanding of Close CRM
- Experience integrating and automating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency in Slack integrations and automation
- Knowledge of marketing automation and email flow optimization
*This is a stable, long-term part-time position not just a one-time project. It may be offered as full-time depending on experience
