JOB OVERVIEW


We are looking for a very experienced Full-Stack Python Django Developer with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in web development to join an exciting fast growing US based startup company. You will play a key role in building, enhancing, and maintaining features for a custom-built Case Management System. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of backend development, paired with the ability to handle frontend tasks. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating reliable and efficient software solutions, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain features for our custom Case Management System using Python and Django.
Collaborate with the team to ensure system functionality, scalability, and reliability.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
Handle frontend development tasks using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and React to enhance user experience.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of new features and system improvements.

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Python and Django development.
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, jQuery, and React.
Experience with database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in creating and optimizing scalable web applications.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
