Cold Calling Specialist (Fluent in Spanish & English)

Are you a persuasive communicator fluent in both *Spanish and English*?

We’re looking for a **Bilingual Cold Caller** to join our team and help us grow our business in the U.S. market. This is a fully remote role, perfect for someone who thrives in sales and is willing to work **U.S. hours**.

Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound cold calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services effectively.
* Receive inbound inquiries and engage leads with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Work through data lists to maximize contact rates and conversion opportunities.
* Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
* Accurately record call interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
* Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* Fluent in both Spanish and English – A MUST! You will need to be able to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally in both languages.
* Willingness to work U.S. hours – availability during afternoon and evening time zones is essential - A Must!
* Proven cold calling experience – at least 1 year, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
* Strong organizational skills – effective at managing call schedules, follow-ups, and data tracking.
* Experience working remotely – comfortable using digital communication tools and self-management.
* Familiarity with CRM systems – experience with lead management software is a plus.
