JOB OVERVIEW


Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our brand’s presence on Instagram & Facebook. The ideal candidate has expertise in content creation, audience engagement, analytics tracking, and social media strategy.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and implement a social media content plan aligned with our brand goals.
- Create high-quality graphics, captions, and short-form videos (Reels, Stories, etc.).
- Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite.

Community Engagement & Growth:
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and DMs.
- Interact with relevant accounts, pages, and groups to increase visibility.
- Implement organic growth strategies to attract real followers.

Hashtag & SEO Optimization:
- Conduct hashtag research for maximum reach and engagement.
- Optimize captions and content for social media SEO.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) using Facebook & Instagram Insights.
- Provide weekly reports with recommendations for improvement.

Paid Advertising & Influencer Outreach (Preferred but Optional):
- Assist in running Facebook & Instagram ads.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers for partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management (Instagram & Facebook).
- Strong skills in graphic design (Canva or Adobe Suite) & video editing (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting skills for engaging captions.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to work independently & meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media trends & algorithm updates.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
- Experience in running paid ads (Facebook Ads Manager).
- Experience in influencer outreach & collaborations.
- Background in email marketing & funnel building.
