We are a dedicated disability support company that provides high-quality care and services to individuals in need. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our office team with essential HR and compliance-related administrative tasks. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, we’d love to hear from you!
HR Data Entry & Management
- Input new employees into BrightHR and update records.
- Assign and track completion of eLearning modules for staff.
- Monitor employee documentation and compliance requirements.
Compliance & Follow-Ups
- Track and follow up on compliance tasks in BrightHR & BrightSafe.
- Ensure all required documents, certificates, and training are up to date.
- Communicate with staff regarding missing compliance requirements.
Administrative Support
- Assistance with Xero, reconciliations, data entry
- Assistance with Shiftcare and scheduling
- Working with staff on sick and holiday leave and rescheduling accordingly
- Possible
- Maintain internal databases and organise digital records
- Instagram posts and advertising as required
- Other general admin duties as required
It is important to know that I have several other businesses that require digital assistance, for example:
Restaurant & Bar
- Canva for menu creation
- Signage
- Instagram posts
- Instagram ads
- Flyers for advertising
Villas
- Bookings and staff
- Maintaining relevant booking sites e.g.
Retail (coming soon)
- Locating manufacturers for all types of products that will be available in store
- Working with manufacturers on design and style
- Scheduling and following up to ensure everything is done on time and on budget
