E-Commerce & Social Media Virtual Assistant – Online Store Builder & Product Manager

Creative Owl Print and Promo is looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us build and manage online stores, upload thousands of custom designs to products, and run social media for our exciting new brand, Big Deez Teez, Mugz and More!

Responsibilities:
Online Store Management (OMG Store Platform)

Build and set up online company stores for Creative Owl Print and Promo.
The OMG platform is plug-and-play, making store setup simple!
Add new products, organize categories, and ensure seamless functionality.
Update store listings as needed.
Product Uploads & E-Commerce Support

Add hundreds of thousands of shirt designs over time to our products.
Edit or adjust designs as needed using Adobe Illustrator.
Post and manage product listings on Etsy and other marketplaces.
Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)

Post engaging product content regularly.
Respond to comments and messages from potential customers.
Utilize CapCut templates (or other software) to create trending videos showcasing our designs.
Stay updated on trending sounds and hashtags to increase reach and engagement.

? Experience in e-commerce platforms (OMG Store, Etsy, Shopify, or similar).
Social media skills (content creation, engagement, and posting).
Ability to create short-form videos using CapCut or other video editing tools.
? Adobe Illustrator proficiency for basic design edits & formatting.
Attention to detail for product uploads and store setup.
Strong written English skills for customer interaction.
Ability to work independently and follow a structured workflow.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
Knowledge of SEO for Etsy & product listings.
Experience with Pinterest marketing & TikTok trends.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like illustrator and Canva.
